Do we have one of those CAPTCHA things as part of registering? Y'know, where it shows you a bunch of letters and numbers, or words, and you type them in. That could stop a lot of the spambots from joining in the first place.

I'm pretty sure there was one when I joined, but maybe this spammers can bypass it, or they're real people just spamming for the joy of it.

Mods and admins can't be on 24/7. If only there were a better way. Like a certain amount of reports would hide the post until a mod/admin could get to it, that way people wouldn't have to click on it.

It sounds nice on paper, but it might be hard work, if not impossible.

Thank you all for reporting, and thanks to the mods/admins for cleaning up.
