His lines are also clean, but because his limbs are a little longer than you'd expect, there is a more fluid quality to them. Great description. Faster and slower. Sounds impossible, but he looks like he does both. It's interesting that you think it's possible because of his body type. I've been wondering; His dancers always look so bulky compared to him. Are they? Or it is just that Michael is so well proportioned and so narrow that even super slim dancers look bulky next to him? I'm asking because I know you know of/know the Dutch dancer Timor, and maybe are able to compare the two.

His body was maybe the ideal body for a dancer, almost like Da Vinci's Vitruvian Man.

Can you explain what you mean by almost female in its lines and using female techniques to a lay person? Kind of lost here. I get the gist of it, but....
Regarding his bodytype.
I read in this article;
At the time, Deborah Landis says, the 25-year-old Jackson weighed only 99 lbs, with a 26-inch waist “exactly the same height and weight as Fred Astaire”. I know it's common to compare Michael and Astaire, maybe because they had the same indefinable quality, you just can’t stop staring at them no matter who they dance with. Do you see any similarities? Body type? Dance technique? I know Astaire was regarded as the greatest dancer of his time, and that Michael admired him, but I find it difficult to compare them because of the difference in style. Michael seems more precise to me, sharper, more powerful, but as graceful.

Loved this description hihipeeps.
Hi Preformance/Dance thread people - I've put these questions to phoenix because she's a dancer and used to dance professionally, but if anybody else can/would like to help out, please do.
