Urgh TII has effected me more than i thought. I used to have panic attacks when i was in college 7 years ago, i dont have them anymore, but ive had 3 since MIchael died. i had a massive one in bed last night, for those who havnt had one, it feels like your dying, my chest went tight and i couldnt breathe. I felt like my heart was aching, i dunno what was panic attack and what was sadness.

Its been over 4 months and i still cant sleep properly.

I know, oh do I know. I stopped having panic attacks when I got on my best friend Prozac in summer '08. In fact, that was one of the first coherent thoughts I could have the day following Michael's death; thanking my luck for being on it, otherwise I knew I would've been not a very pretty sight...

That being said, the meds don't take away the pain, grief, sorrow, they don't help you sleep (I've been a total insomniac for the past few months), and they certainly don't bring Michael back.
